Some shots from Deseret Industries in Vernal, Ut. Shot with my new Ricoh GRD IV. It’s good to have this camera again after missing it – it’s like an old friend. Why do point and shoot cameras today have no grip? The Ricoh has a great little rubber grip and it’s actually comfortable to hold.
Memory Lane Thrift, Moab, Utah.
Memory Lane Thrift Store is one of three small thrift stores in Moab, Utah. It’s in a warehouse on the west side of town. The large overhead door is closed in winter and it’s usually pretty dark inside. Despite the dim interior and bleak condition of the stuff, there are occasional gems and the clothes prices are so low you’d think you were thrift shopping 10 years ago. Here’s a few images from my last visit.
Went to the thrift store Deseret Industries (D.I.) in Vernal the other day and scored a Levi’s denim jacket and an L.L. Bean flannel. Very cool.
